Resolute Real Estate was founded in 2005 by Gary Rohr with a simple thesis: Colorado commercial property owners deserve better outcomes than what national firms deliver. While those firms spread resources thin across thousands of agents and markets, Resolute concentrates its firepower where it matters most.

Today, Resolute is widely regarded as the best commercial real estate brokerage in Colorado.
