Resolute Real Estate was founded in 2005 by Gary Rohr with a simple thesis: Colorado commercial property owners deserve better outcomes when they sell than what national firms deliver. While those firms spread resources thin across thousands of agents and service lines, Resolute concentrates on one thing — listing and selling commercial property.
